Treat Rubber Ball Dog Toys Wholesale: Specs Before the Carton

A treat rubber ball dog toys wholesale search usually lands on a pile of round TPR and a promise that "the dog works for the treat." On the Smart Play collection those rounds are not one SKU. Treat Rubber Ball (SKU MN-1221) is TPR, 8.5 cm, about 280 g, green and pink, listed for dogs and cats, catalog MOQ 120. Next to it sits a 6 cm faceted ball, a navy polyester-and-TPR ball with no weight on the record, and a plush turtle that hides food in a different way. If the quote treats them as colorways of one item, the first carton will not match the sample.
This note is for buyers building an enrichment bay, not a chew wall. Sizes, weights, materials, pet types, and MOQs below are live catalog records. Prices on those records sit at zero, which means ask. Certifications are blank. Do not print a CPSIA, EN71, or REACH mark because the toy is rubber.
The wider floor is on the products catalog. Open-stock branding (hangtag, header, a color already on the swatch) goes through private label. A new cavity, a new opening, or a logo molded into the ball is ODM.
Four rounds that are not the same ball
Start with the body, not the keyword.
The treat ball people mean. Treat Rubber Ball (MN-1221) is TPR, 8.5 cm, about 280 g, green and pink, dogs and cats, MOQ 120. The name says treat. The record does not say how a treat goes in, or what kibble size fits. Confirm both on the sample before the listing says "fill and roll." The small nudge, not a dispenser. Diamond Roll Ball (SKU MN-1223) is TPR, 6×6 cm, about 86.7 g, yellow, green, gray, and navy, dogs and cats, MOQ 120. It is a faceted roll toy. Nothing on the record describes a cavity. Putting it in a "treat ball" set because it is round will confuse a shopper who expects food to come out. The fetch shape with a cloth shell. Busy Ball (SKU MN-1153) is polyester and TPR, size string 13.5×13×11 with no unit, navy only, dogs only, MOQ 120. Weight is blank. Weigh a packed unit instead of inventing grams. The catalog copy talks about fetch and carrying, not a treat load. The hide, which is not a ball. Hide Food Turtle (SKU MN-1122) is plush and TPR, 23×18, about 120 g, blue, green, and black, dogs only, MOQ 120. Food hides in a soft body with a firmer underside. It belongs in the enrichment bay and in the wrong inner pack if you nest it under a 280 g ball. Roll Rubber Ball (SKU MN-1222) is the one to keep off this PO unless you are restocking it. Featured TPR, 7.8 cm, about 148 g, yellow, dogs and cats, MOQ 120. On a tape it sits between the diamond ball and the treat ball, and a picker who only sees "yellow rubber ball" will swap it in.| SKU | What it is | Size on record | Weight | Pet | Colors | MOQ |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| MN-1221 Treat Rubber Ball | TPR treat ball | 8.5 cm | 280 g | Dogs, cats | Green, pink | 120 |
| MN-1223 Diamond Roll Ball | TPR faceted roll | 6×6 cm | 86.7 g | Dogs, cats | Yellow, green, gray, navy | 120 |
| MN-1153 Busy Ball | Polyester + TPR | 13.5×13×11 (no unit) | blank | Dogs | Navy | 120 |
| MN-1122 Hide Food Turtle | Plush + TPR | 23×18 (no unit) | 120 g | Dogs | Blue, green, black | 120 |
None of these rows publish a price or a certification. Shore hardness is not on the record. If a retailer asks for a durometer, that is a lab request.
What the quote has to say about the opening
MN-1221 is the only one of the four whose name claims a treat function. The database still does not describe the opening. Before you compare unit prices, get four sentences in writing:
- How the treat is loaded, and whether the opening is molded shut, plugged, or open.
- What piece size the factory tested it with, if they tested anything. If they did not, say so.
- Whether 280 g is the empty ball. A filled sample will not match the record, and a warehouse scale will flag a "wrong" SKU.
- Whether green and pink are one MOQ of 120 mixed, or 120 each. The catalog lists two colorways and one MOQ of 120. It does not say 120 per color.
That last point is how a small trial doubles. Diamond Roll Ball lists four colors against one MOQ of 120, and the turtle lists three. Ask whether a mixed 120 is open stock or each color is its own run. Busy Ball is navy only, so that question does not apply.
Busy Ball's size string has no unit, and the weight field is empty. Do not print 13.5×13×11 on a hangtag until a sample is measured and the spec says cm or inches. The turtle's 23×18 has the same gap. The 120 g weight is usable. The size unit is not.
Fillable Treat (SKU MN-1194) looks related and is a bad substitute. Materials are silica gel and natural rubber, colors green and orange, dogs and cats, MOQ 120. Size is an empty list. Weight is blank. It is not TPR, and it is not a ball with a diameter you can put on a dieline. Leave it off this carton until a sample has a measured size.MOQ 120 is per SKU, not per keyword
Catalog MOQ on every SKU above is 120. That is the record, not a container minimum, and not a promise that 24 pieces for a photo shoot ship at the same price.
A first enrichment bay that covers the jobs without repeating a silhouette:
- MN-1221 at 120, so the treat claim has a sample you can open and photograph.
- MN-1223 at 120, the light roll toy (86.7 g) that will not crush the others.
- Either MN-1153 or MN-1122 at 120, not both. Busy Ball is the fetch shape. The turtle is the hide.
That is 360 pieces before a color split. If pink and green on MN-1221 are 120 each, the treat ball alone is 240. Write that assumption on the PO.
Do not fold MN-1222 into the same inner pack because it is also a rubber ball. At 7.8 cm and 148 g it looks like a small MN-1221, it is already featured, and its yellow sits next to the diamond ball's yellow. Separate carton, separate barcode.
Private label here means a hangtag, a header card, and a barcode on a color already in the record. A pad print on a curved 8.5 cm ball needs a strike-off on both green and pink. A mold change for a logo, or a new opening because your kibble is larger, is ODM. That sample can move the 280 g. If a marketplace template is locked to 280 g, do not restyle the cavity.QC that matches a round toy
Weigh what the record actually gives you. MN-1221 against about 280 g, empty. MN-1223 against about 86.7 g. MN-1122 against about 120 g. A miss that large is a different cavity or a different compound, not normal variation. MN-1153 has nothing to weigh against until you seal a number from the approved sample.
On the treat ball, cycle the opening. Flash, a tearing wall, or a plug that will not seat are the rejects. Smell a sample after a night in a closed bag.
On the diamond ball, check the facets for sharp flash. It is 6 cm and listed for cats as well as dogs. The record has no choke warning, so add one on the pack if you sell it that way. Do not invent a passing test.
On Busy Ball, look for the polyester shell parting from the TPR core, and for a navy that misses the swatch. Photo the sample next to a tape. The size string has no unit, and the weight field is empty.
On the turtle, check the plush-to-TPR joint and whether a treat can sit where the name says it hides. Skip Shore numbers and slow-feed percentages. They are not on these SKUs.
Pack-out so the balls do not become one SKU
One SKU per inner pack. A 280 g TPR ball loose against the plush turtle creases the turtle and scents the plush. Bag the TPR. The 86.7 g diamond ball can share a master carton with the treat ball only if the inners are marked. It should not share a polybag.
Barcode the SKU you packed. MN-1221 and MN-1222 are both round TPR, 8.5 cm versus 7.8 cm, and a warehouse in a hurry will swap them. Green on the treat ball, green on the diamond ball, and green on the turtle are three different greens.
Pet type comes from the record. Treat Rubber Ball and Diamond Roll Ball list dogs and cats. Busy Ball and Hide Food Turtle list dogs only. Color swatches travel with the signed spec. If the plant changes compound or the opening tool, they say so before the next 120.
What to send when you ask for the price
Contact the factory with SKUs, not with "treat rubber ball dog toys wholesale" as the whole brief:- MN-1221, 120, green and pink mixed or per color, empty weight checked against 280 g, opening described.
- MN-1223, 120, which of yellow, green, gray, navy, and whether 120 is mixed.
- One of MN-1153 (navy, size to be measured, weight to be sealed) or MN-1122 (color split, 120 g, size unit confirmed).
- Hangtag only, or a pad-print strike-off on the 8.5 cm ball.
- Destination market if you need a test quote. The catalog certification field is empty.
Leave Fillable Treat (MN-1194) and the 7.8 cm roll ball off this email unless you are opening a different spec. Both are easy to throw in and hard to explain when the carton arrives.
