Tug Rope Private Label at MOQ 120

Tug Rope Private Label at MOQ 120

Tug of war plush rope dog toys private label, on this catalog, means branding a body that already exists. The hero is Tug Of War (SKU MN-1198) on the Studio Warmth line: linen and nylon, size listed as 9×29, MOQ 120, dogs only, beige, featured. Weight is blank. Certifications are blank. Price fields are 0, which means ask, not free.

If you need a new braid diameter, a second dye lot, or a plush head that is not on this row, that is ODM, not a private-label tag on open stock. The products catalog is the shortlist. Pack copy, hangtags, and cartons sit with private label.

A wholesale mix of the same tug is a different article. This one is about what you can put your name on without pretending the construction changed.

What private label covers on this tug

On MN-1198 the practical marks are a hangtag through the braid, a woven neck label if the factory can sew it without opening the knot, or a printed polybag. Beige is the only color on file. Ordering beige at a quantity that still meets MOQ 120 is open stock with your pack. It is not a color program.

The row does not store a logo method, a stitch minimum, or a print area. Ask those three before you send art. "On the tag" is not a placement. Give tag width, which face of the braid, and whether the label is looped or sewn into an existing seam. A second method on the same first order is a second setup.

Pets listed are dogs, not dogs and cats. Do not print "for cats" because a neighbor SKU allows both. Function and spec fields are empty, so do not add a squeaker, a tensile number, or a knot count to the hangtag. A sound module is a new part and a new quote.

Size is one string: 9×29. The unit is not printed on the row. Confirm centimeters before a US or EU hangtag. Weight is not recorded, so carton count and freight class wait on the quote. Materials are linen and nylon. Buyers sometimes say hemp. Do not relabel the SKU as hemp unless a later spec says hemp.

Specs to lock before art goes out

Write the hero as recorded, then mark the blanks on the same sheet as the logo brief:

| Field | Tug Of War (MN-1198) |

| --- | --- |

| Materials | Linen, nylon |

| Size | 9×29 (confirm unit) |

| Weight | not recorded |

| MOQ | 120 |

| Color | Beige |

| Pets | Dogs |

| Featured | yes |

| Certifications | none recorded |

Certification fields are empty. Any CPSIA, EN71, or REACH line has to be confirmed on quote before you print a compliance claim. Do not put a test standard on the hangtag because a different chew in the same factory has one. If the destination needs a lab report, time that request with the sample, not after the carton is sealed.

On the golden sample, check what the database does not store: whether the braid sheds, whether the knot stays closed after a hand tug, and whether a woven label pulls the braid open. Those notes travel with the reorder. They are not lab results.

A new braid diameter, a dye that is not beige, a different knot, or a plush head that is not on MN-1198 leaves private label and goes to ODM. If 9×29 feels short for the fixture, say so on the sample report and look at a longer neighbor. Do not assume bulk will be cut longer because someone mentioned it in chat.

Which neighbors can share the first branded carton

Beige tug toys, a plush bear, and a yellow lion packed for a private label first carton

A first branded carton that stays honest:

1. Tug Of War at MOQ 120, beige only, hangtag or polybag, no new dye.

2. Rope-Tied Lion (SKU MN-1148) at MOQ 120 if the bay needs a face: plush, 28×20 cm, about 120 g, yellow, dogs and cats. The rope is an accent on a character, not the same cord as MN-1198. Brand the lion with its own tag. Do not write one description for both.

3. Leave heavier or higher-floor pieces off this PO unless the quantity is real.

Long Rope Bear (SKU MN-1130) is crystal plush and polyester, 18×25, about 55 g, MOQ 300, beige, dogs and cats. The MOQ is more than double the hero. A "small add-on bear" at 300 units is not a tag-on to a 120-unit trial. If you want the bear branded, it is its own line and its own art approval. Rope Bear Chew (SKU MN-1124) is GPR and cotton, 45×6, about 178 g, MOQ 120, green and orange, dogs and cats. Same order floor, different construction, and the name says chew. Own line, own color story. Do not dye it beige to match the hero and call that private label. Tug-of-War Frog (SKU MN-1133) is plush, 39×12 cm, about 86 g, MOQ 120, green, dogs and cats. The name overlaps. The body does not. It is a character with a rope, listed for cats as well as dogs. If it goes in the assortment, give it a separate hangtag and do not borrow the hero's "dogs only" line, or the other way around. Tug Of War Ball (SKU MN-1200) is fleece and TPR, size listed as 67.5 cm, MOQ 120, mix color, dogs, weight blank. That length is not a pocket tug. Confirm the unit and whether 67.5 cm is the ball, the rope, or the whole piece before you print a size on the bag. Jungle Rope Set (SKU MN-1118) is cotton, 23×30, about 80 g, MOQ 240, pink, blue, and yellow, dogs and cats. It is a named set. Confirm whether one unit is one piece or the pictured group before you assign a UPC. Do not split the hero's 120 across this set to "fill a carton."

That first carton is two SKUs at 120, not a mixed master of 120 split three ways. Splitting 120 across three shapes is how you run out of the one the buyer photographed.

Pack copy you should not invent

Hangtag text has to survive a retailer who reads it next to the toy. Safe lines are the ones on the record: linen and nylon, beige, dogs, and a size only after the unit is confirmed.

Leave off:

  • Hemp, cotton, or "natural rope only." The list says linen and nylon.
  • Cat use. Not on this SKU.
  • A chew grade, a knot count, or "indestructible."
  • A certification mark that is not on a report you have for this lot.
  • A weight, until someone weighs the sealed unit.

Warning language and barcode layout still belong in the private label pack brief. If you do not have approved legal text, ship a blank hangtag area rather than a guessed warning. Changing the warning after the tags are printed is a reprint, not a sticker.

For accounts that also buy a harder chew, keep Classic Chew on a separate PO. A PA or nylon bone is a different series. Merging it into one "rope toy, your logo" line is how the wrong material ends up under your brand name.

Sampling order that keeps the MOQ intact

Work the sample before you lock quantity.

1. Confirm the body: MN-1198, beige, 9×29 with the unit written down, no material swap.

2. One branding method. Send the label width and the photo of where it sits on the braid.

3. Sign the golden sample, including the hand-tug note and whether the label survives it.

4. Then place 120 of that signed spec. A color or a knot change after sign-off is a new sample, not a note on the PO.

If the stitch or print minimum is higher than 120, the honest move is to drop the mark onto the polybag and keep the toy at the recorded floor. Or wait and run the woven label on the reorder once you know the SKU sells. Do not raise the toy count just to satisfy a label vendor you have not asked yet.

Reorder art should match the first lot. A new hangtag illustration on replenishment is fine. A new braid color "while we are here" is how trial MOQ quietly becomes a custom dye lot.

Questions buyers actually send

Can I embroider my wordmark into the linen braid at 120?

Ask. The catalog floor is the sewing quantity of the existing tug, not a stitch minimum. If embroidery jumps the quantity, use a hangtag or a bag print on the first order.

Can I add a second color and still call it private label?

Not on this row. Beige is the only color stored. A second dye is a new lot. Price it before you show the retailer a two-color planogram.

Is the MOQ 120 per color or per style?

For Tug Of War there is one color on file, so 120 is the style as recorded. Do not copy a per-color rule from a four-color plush onto this SKU. Neighbors with two or three colors (Rope Bear Chew, Jungle Rope Set) need their own confirmation.

Do I need CPSIA or EN71 paperwork to private label it?

Nothing is recorded on the product. If your channel requires a named standard, ask for that test on this construction before the hangtag is printed. Do not borrow a certificate from another toy.

If the first carton is only a name on a beige tug, send the label file and the destination market through contact and keep the spec to what MN-1198 already is. If the brief includes a new knot, a squeaker, or a plush head, start on ODM so the quote is for development, not for a hangtag.
