For many programs, first samples are typically ready in 7-14 days depending on materials and complexity. Rush options can be discussed. After sample approval, mass production follows the agreed lead time.

Yes. Common changes include color (Pantone), size, materials, packing, and logo placement. Completely new shapes or features are handled as ODM development from concept through production-ready samples.
