Ordering & Pricing
6 QuestionsWhat is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is SKU-based, not a single site-wide number. On our live catalog, most wholesale SKUs sit around 120-240 pcs, with some as low as about 30-100 and others higher (for example 360-500+) depending on construction and packaging. As a practical first-order reference for mixed programs, many buyers plan around 100-200 pcs. Final MOQ is confirmed on quote for your exact SKUs, colors, and packing.
How do I get a price quote?
Submit an inquiry through Contact / Get a Quote with your target SKUs or product links, quantity per SKU, destination market, branding needs (stock, private label, or ODM), and preferred timeline. Our team typically responds within 24 business hours.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Pricing improves with higher volume and simpler color/pack runs. Tier points depend on the product family (plush, rope, TPR/PP chew, and similar). Ask for a tiered quote at your target volumes.
What payment terms do you accept?
For new partners we typically work with deposit plus balance before shipment (commonly 30% / 70%). Established repeat partners may discuss more flexible terms after credit review. We support standard international methods such as wire transfer; other methods can be confirmed case by case.
Do you offer samples before committing to an order?
Yes. Samples are available for evaluation. Sample fees may apply depending on the SKU and level of customization; when you proceed to production, sample fees are typically credited against your first production order. Standard or promotional samples may be offered free depending on the program.
What is a typical production lead time?
Catalog and near-stock programs often target about 30 days after order and deposit confirmation. Fully custom ODM can take longer after sample approval, usually in the multi-week range depending on tooling, materials, and order size. Exact lead time is confirmed on each quote.
