Products are developed with major market expectations in mind, including CPSIA (US), EN71 (EU), and REACH-oriented requirements. Our factory systems reference ISO 9001 quality management and BSCI social compliance. Specific test reports per SKU and destination market can be arranged as needed.
How do you control quality in production?
Production is managed with checkpoints from materials through packing. We can provide inspection photos and reports with shipments, and we welcome third-party inspections by agencies such as SGS, BV, or Intertek at the factory or port of departure.
What materials do you use?
Catalog programs use pet-oriented materials such as plush/polyester, cotton rope, PP, TPR/TPE, and specialty fibers (for example corn-fiber styles where listed on the product page). Exact materials are shown on each SKU; we can propose alternatives for eco, durability, or cost goals.
